You must be 18 years or older to use our services. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria.

Hypnotherapy results vary for each individual, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Our services are complementary to licensed medical care, and it is recommended that you consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in hypnotherapy, especially if you are dealing with serious medical conditions.

 

4. Confidentiality

All information disclosed during hypnotherapy sessions is confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

 

5. Payment and Cancellation

    •    Payment: Payment for services must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept Credit Cards and Zelle, we also use Stripe to accept payments.

    •    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations or missed appointments will forfeit your appointment.

 

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of hypnotherapy services, refunds are not provided once the service has been rendered. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us to discuss potential alternatives or rescheduling.

 

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breakthrough Hypnotherapy and its practitioners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
